PROTEA KING. A striking, distinctive native of South Africa, so distinctive that it is even featured in South Africa’s emblem. Its name comes from the Greek god Proteus, who was famous for his extraordinary ability – he could change shapes, and it is a similar property that Protea has. The interesting exotic look will add character to the room and warm it up considerably.
Protea King is an excellent addition to a floral arrangement or a stand-alone table decoration. Set on a strong, woody stem, often with an irregular line. Protea King is sold individually. Each flower can vary in color, size and texture. It may even have minor blemishes, cause I am natural, baby!

Description
The plant is durable. It’s a natural product, so each piece can vary in size, and is a decoration in line with the idea of less waste. Dried plants are devoid of moisture and are a permanent, time-stopped part of nature. Keep in mind that dried flowers tend to last longer than their fresh counterparts, but still require some care during storage to maintain their aesthetic appeal.
Protea: “I like dry places, without direct sunlight, at least 2 m away from heat sources (i.e. radiator, stove, fireplace). Vacuum me gently with a dry cloth or a hair dryer set to a cold blast of air.”
