USED OILS:

SANDALWOOD– helps balance emotions, ground the mind and reduce mental tension, thanks to its excellent calming effects. It is excellent for meditation and can be used to improve mood. It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial effects.

PATCHOULI – has a positive effect on the nervous system and blood pressure: it calms, improves mood, relieves feelings of sadness and anxiety. It works to ground the lower Chakras, as it carries deep earth notes.

JASMINE – released under the influence of temperature shows calming, relaxing and soothing properties. It has a soothing effect on the senses, restores good mood and improves mental well-being, but does not cause drowsiness. It makes it easier to get rid of negative emotions and calm down before bedtime.

YLANG YLANG – used as an aphrodisiac, regulates excitability, relaxes, calms and aids sleep.

USAGE:

• for massage: combine 5 – 10 drops of essence with 10 ml of base oil such as argan or jojoba and enjoy your own massage oil
• for bathing: 5 – 7 drops of essence add to a bathtub with water, optimal bath time is 15 minutes
• aromatherapy: add 5 to 8 drops of oil to water in an aroma fireplace or ultrasonic diffuser
