USED OILS:

CAMOMILE– has a calming, soothing and sedative effect on the nervous system, so it can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress and insomnia.

LAVENDER– has sedative and antidepressant properties, reduces insomnia and nervous tension.

ROSEMARY– helps with depression, mental fatigue, increased tension, aids concentration.

USAGE:

• for massage: combine 5 – 10 drops of essence with 10 ml of base oil such as argan or jojoba and enjoy your own massage oil
• for bathing: 5 – 7 drops of essence add to a bathtub with water, optimal bath time is 15 minutes
• aromatherapy: add 5 to 8 drops of oil to water in an aroma fireplace or ultrasonic diffuser
