BLUE CAMOMILE – used for skin inflammations, wounds, arthritis, colic, cystitis, painful menstruation, earaches, flatulence, headaches, insect bites, insomnia, nausea, neuralgia, rheumatism, sprains, stress.

FRANKINCENSE – improves mood, reduces depressive states, affecting the nervous system, Calms the mind and increases concentration, accompanying meditation, yoga and spiritual practices. Cleanses – used to remove negative energies and enhance positive vibrations.

USAGE:

• for massage: combine 5 – 10 drops of essence with 10 ml of base oil such as argan or jojoba and enjoy your own massage oil
• for bathing: 5 – 7 drops of essence add to a bathtub with water, optimal bath time is 15 minutes
• aromatherapy: add 5 to 8 drops of oil to water in an aroma fireplace or ultrasonic diffuser
