LAVENDER– has sedative and antidepressant properties, reduces insomnia and nervous tension. It has an analgesic effect on rheumatism, otitis and migraine. It has bactericidal, fungicidal and insecticidal effects.

VETIVER- has warming, sensual, calming, supportive, priming and relaxing properties.

BERGAMOT – is used for its beneficial effects on lowered mood, fatigue and lack of energy.

MARJORAM– is valued for its calming and stabilizing properties in the emotional sphere, and helps fight insomnia and stress. It eases the treatment of upper respiratory problems, inflammation, relieves migraine pain, sinusitis pain.

SANDALWOOD– helps balance emotions, ground the mind and reduce mental tension, thanks to its excellent calming effects. It is excellent for meditation and can be used to improve mood. It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial effects.

USAGE:

• for massage: combine 5 – 10 drops of essence with 10 ml of base oil such as argan or jojoba and enjoy your own massage oil
• for bathing: 5 – 7 drops of essence add to a bathtub with water, optimal bath time is 15 minutes
• aromatherapy: add 5 to 8 drops of oil to water in an aroma fireplace or ultrasonic diffuser
